Darryl V. Pratt has practiced Texas law since 1997. He is the Managing Attorney of Continuum Counsel by Pratt Law Group, PLLC, a boutique Frisco firm serving business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, high-net-worth individuals, and families across the state.

What distinguishes Darryl's practice is his dual license. He is both a licensed attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. In most legal engagements, tax and accounting considerations sit in a parallel lane — coordinated through a client's CPA after the legal documents are drafted. In Darryl's engagements, those considerations are woven into the recommendation itself. Entity selection, transaction structure, buy-sell mechanics, trust funding, and exit design are all evaluated for their legal, tax, and accounting consequences before a document is written.

His practice concentrates on transactions and long-horizon planning — the moments where families and closely-held businesses are most exposed to permanent, expensive mistakes: forming or restructuring a company, selling or acquiring a business, transitioning ownership across a generation, protecting assets from creditors and litigation, planning an estate that survives probate, or restructuring when a business faces financial pressure.
