Keep Your Estate Plan Current.Protect What Matters Most.
Life changes — and your estate plan should change with it.
Whether it's a new child, changes in assets, or evolving goals, an outdated plan can create unintended consequences for your family.
At Continuum Counsel, we don't believe your estate plan should sit on a shelf. We help you keep it current.
The Problem with Outdated Plans
Most estate plans become outdated within a few years.
Even small changes can have a significant impact.
The Solution: Ongoing Protection
That's why we offer the Pinnacle Protection Plan — a simple way to ensure your plan evolves as your life changes.
Instead of paying for updates each time something changes, the plan allows for ongoing support, reviews, and updates.

Why Clients Choose Ongoing Protection
Most updates to an estate plan cost between $500 and $1,500.
One update alone can often exceed the annual cost of the plan.
For that reason, many clients choose ongoing protection so they don't have to pay each time something changes.
"Most clients choose the Comprehensive Protection Plan because it keeps everything up to date without paying each time something changes."
"Many clients choose Comprehensive, but if you want proactive planning and family coverage, most upgrade to the Legacy option."
Who Is This Plan For?
The Pinnacle Protection Plan is designed specifically for clients whose estate plans were prepared by our firm.
Because ongoing updates require a deep understanding of your documents and strategy, this service is offered to clients after completing their estate planning with Continuum Counsel.
Ongoing protection is most effective when built on a plan we've designed together.
What Happens Next?
Once your estate plan is complete, our team will walk you through whether the Protection Plan is a good fit for your situation.
There is no obligation — just an opportunity to keep your plan current and your family protected.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for the Pinnacle Protection Plan?
The Protection Plan is available to clients who have completed their estate planning with our firm. This ensures we can properly maintain and update your documents over time.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed annually or monthly with a 12-month minimum commitment. Annual billing is available at a single payment for the full year. Monthly billing is charged each month for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
When do amendment benefits begin?
Amendment benefits are included while your membership is active and begin after your first scheduled annual review. This review allows our team to properly assess your plan and identify any updates that may be needed, ensuring every change is thoughtful and aligned with your goals.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Many clients start with the Comprehensive plan and upgrade to Legacy as their family and financial situation evolves. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What happens if I cancel?
You may cancel after completing your 12-month commitment period. Upon cancellation, all active membership benefits — including amendment eligibility, priority scheduling, and savings on updates — end at the close of your current billing cycle. Your estate plan remains fully valid and complete regardless of enrollment status. If any amendment services were provided during your membership, those are considered fulfilled under your plan terms.
The Pinnacle Protection Plan is offered exclusively to our estate planning clients to ensure continuity, accuracy, and long-term protection.
